Welcoming the Holidays!

Yes everyone....Christmas is here!  Well, not quite.  I had my Thanksgiving meal and already thinking of starting my New Year's resolution tomorrow....start jogging around Diamond Head and staying away from sugar!  It will be difficult to do since I have been going crazy juggling kids, Sachi Designs and now doing eyelash extensions!  I am focusing this Holiday season on Sachi Designs and getting some products out to my loyal customers as well as my new ones.

All custom designed cell phone case orders are 20% OFF until September 30th!!!!  This sale also includes custom designs for iTouch, iPad, and any electronics.  Please feel free to contact us for a quote on a particular design you are thinking of.  Here are a few points to consider:

• BUDGET: If you have a budget you need to stick to let us know!  We are more than willing to work with you and discuss what we can design for you while staying within the budget.
• DESIGN:  This is your design...we are here to help create a unique design.  Some find inspiration from prints, fabrics, color schemes, etc... my inspirations come from art books and window shopping at the mall.  Also, browsing through the latest fashion magazines are full of great ideas for a current in style phone design.
• QUALITY WORKMANSHIP:  I suggest to all my customers to shop around.  Our workmanship is superb and our guarantee sets us apart from other companies.  Also, be careful of other comapnies that say they use Swarovski crystals, but don't.  Many use plastic, glass or machine cut crystals which don't compare to the quality Swarovski offers their customers.  Sachi Designs uses Swarovski crystals from 1.8-2.1 mm for the detailed designs, but also can use larger 2.1-4.8 crystals for less detail or a different textured look.  Please take notice of our detail and small sized crystals in our designs compared to other comapnies that use larger crystals.

Eeyore: The Completion

Eeyore was finally completed!  I was very pleased with the final result.  I wasn't confident that the background would be the right choice of color, but it all turned out perfect.  As the designer, it is a challenge to replicate the image of a well known/famous character like Eeyore.  I feel Eeyore on this phone case looks like the real Eeyore!  

Anyone thinking about getting a phone case....remember to think about a design you won't get tired of.  Think about your color choices....contrasting colors usually works best.  Also decide what your budget is.  Sachi Designs works with our customers' budget!  Don't forget ALL CUSTOM CELL PHONE CASE DESIGNS WILL BE 20% OFF UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30TH.

The Process: Eeyore Swarovski crystal cell phone case

I have customers asking me the steps I take to create a cell phone case design.  Creating a design can be quite tedious depending on the detail and surface area that we are working with.  Once we create a design on paper we need to transfer it to the cell phone case.  Our customer ordered an Eeyore phone case.  He sent us a picture of the specific Eeeyore he wanted as well as his color choice for the background.  For this particular design, everything had to be hand painted before we applied the Swarovski crystals.  Below is the case we are working on.  Stay tuned to see the final result.....a beautiful Swarovski Crystal Eeyore phone case!

Ending of Summer

The ending of summer is about changes for many of us.  From a personal perspective, it is a bit of a 'crazy time' getting my kids ready for a new school year, but yet I am looking forward to the idea of normalcy.  From a business poin-of view there comes a lot of changes as well.  We are looking forward to working on some new custom designs for cell phone cases.  Sachi Designs is trying to create designs that are more affordable for customers , yet still maintain its quality workmanship and guarantee.  We will be using a variety of sizes of Swarovski flat back crystals for our designs, thus enabling us to work with our customer's budget.  Below is 'MONARCH', an example of one of our new ideas.
