Return Policy

All custom orders can NOT be returned or exchanged. All other products may be returned or exchanged within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item , provided that it is the manufacturer's fault. All returned/exchanged items must remain in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and accepts all risks/liabilities associated with it.

Guarantee

Sachi Designs guarantees their custom designs cases for up to one year. We do not guarantee our workmanship when it has been mishandled in any way (i.e. dropped, thrown, etc.) other than being used for its intended purpose. Damages to our designs can be repaired, but labor and crystal replacement fees may be assessed at the discretion of Sachi Designs.
